  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement PR strategies.
    • ⁠Coordinate media relations, including with media outlets.
    • Monitor and analyze media coverage.
    • ⁠Lead and manage branding communications initiatives, including advertising campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.
    • Coordinate the creation and production of publicity materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
    • ⁠Identify partnership opportunities to expand the festival’s reach.
    • Stay updated on industry trends for innovative PR approaches.
    • Monitor media channels and social platforms for feedback and engagement related to brand perception and messaging.
  • Requirements:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in public relations or related field preferred.
    • Ability to work well under intense environments and meet deadlines.
    • ⁠Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Interest in film and/or the arts would be preferred.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
