  • Requirements:

    • Ability to work well under intense environments and meet deadlines.
    • ⁠Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Interest in film and/or the arts would be preferred.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of film screenings and events.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of the festival’s programming strategy.
    • Coordinate with filmmakers, distributors, and venues.
    • Manage the festival schedule and programme.
    • Liaise with venue partners to coordinate logistics and technical requirements for screenings and events.
    • Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns to promote festival programming.
    • Provide support during film screenings and events, including audience engagement.
    • Monitor audience feedback and evaluate programme effectiveness to inform future programming decisions.
    • Assist in the coordination of industry panels, workshops, and networking events.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of programming with other festival activities.
  • Requirements:

    • Knowledge of film industry.

Internship

  • Responsibilities:
    • Assist in reviewing film submissions and selecting entries for the festival.
    • Facilitate communication between committee and entrants.
    • Participate in the organization and execution of screening events and related activities.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
    • Demonstrated interest in film festival dynamics and programming processes.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Support marketing campaigns across diverse channels.
    • Assist in the creation of promotional materials and content.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance.
