Return & Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Application Fees:

All accreditation application fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Incomplete applications

  • Rejected applications

  • Change of personal or professional circumstances

  • Withdrawal of application by the applicant

 

Duplicate Payment:
In the case of duplicate payment made due to technical error or system malfunction, please notify us within 7 days of the transaction. Valid requests will be processed after verification, and refunds will be made to the original payment method within 30 business days.

 

Event Cancellation or Postponement:
If MIFFest is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public health emergencies, natural disasters), we will notify all accredited applicants as soon as possible. Any refund decisions under such circumstances will be made at the discretion of the MIFFest Organizing Committee and communicated via official channels.

 

Modications or Transfers:
Accreditation is non-transferable. Once approved, it cannot be modified or reassigned to another individual or entity. Any changes to submitted details must be made before the application deadline and are subject to approval.
