Media Accreditation:
This application will accredit you as a media outlet representative. With this accreditation, you will have access to most media activities and receive media information notifications.
Valid Credentials:
To be eligible for media accreditation, you must provide valid credentials proving your affiliation with a recognized media outlet. Please attach a scanned copy or digital version of your press card, media ID, or an official letter of assignment from your organization. Incomplete or illegible applications may be rejected. This application will accredit you as a media outlet representative. With this accreditation, you will have access to most media activities and receive media information notifications.
Accreditation Fee:
Accreditation Pass is priced at RM49.90, or RM39.90 when purchased with a Hong Leong Bank card.
Please note that the discounted price of RM39.90 will only be reflected on the payment gateway website, not on the MIFFest website.
Accreditation Pass Registration Form:
Once your payment has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to a registration form. Please follow the link and fill in all the required details to complete your MIFFest Accreditation Pass registration. Submission of this form is essential to finalise your accreditation and ensure your pass is processed correctly.
Deadline:
The deadline for submitting your Media Pass registration is 7 July 2025. Late submissions may not be considered, and access to the festival will be restricted.
Complimentary Screening:
Each accredited media representative can redeem one complimentary screening ticket per film through the MIFFest ticket booking system. Due to limited seat allocations, please ensure you secure your seat as soon as tickets become available, as entry cannot be guaranteed once the screening reaches its seating capacity.
Confirmation and Collection:
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing instructions on how to collect your badge and access the ticket booking system. Please ensure that the email address provided is accurate.
Professional Conduct:
As an accredited media representative, we expect you to maintain a professional demeanour throughout the festival. Respect the privacy and space of attendees, guests, and fellow media representatives. Any disruptive or unethical behaviour may result in the revocation of your Media Accreditation.
