Media Pass
The Media Pass grants you access to 6th MIFFest as an accredited media representative. Please fill out this form to apply for your Media Pass.
Valid Credentials
To be eligible for a Media Pass, you must provide valid credentials proving your affiliation with a recognized media organization. Please attach a scanned copy or digital version of your press card, media ID, or an official letter of assignment from your organization. Incomplete or illegible applications may be rejected.
Deadline
The deadline for submitting you Media Pass registration is 19 July 2023 (Wednesday). Late submissions may not be considered , and access to the festival will be restricted.
Confirmation and Collection
Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing instructions on how to collect your Media Pass. Please ensure that the email address provided is accurate and regularly checked.
Seat Availability
Please note that seating for all events and programs is on a first come, first served basis. We recommend arriving early to secure your seat. The organizers will make every effort to accommodate all accredited media representatives; however, admission cannot be guaranteed once the venue reaches its seating capacity.
Complimentary Screening
Each Media Pass holders can redeem one complimentary screening ticket per film at the MIFFest Cinema Counter by presenting their Media Pass. However, admission is subject to seat availability. Please arrive early to secure your seat as entry cannot be guaranteed once the screening reaches its seating capacity.
Professional Conduct
As an accredited media representative, we expect you to maintain a professional demeanor throughout the festival. Respect the privacy and space of attendees, guests, and fellow media representatives. Any disruptive or unethical behavior may result in the revocation of your Media Pass.
Photography and Filming
Photography and filming during the festival are permitted only in designated areas, unless otherwise authorized by the organizers. Please respect the rights of filmmakers and attendees and seek permission before capturing their images. Properly credit all photographs and videos as per the festival’s guidelines.
Media Coverage
By registering for a Media Pass, you grant permission to the festival organizers to use any photographs, videos, or other media captured by you during the festival for promotional purposes. The festival organizers may also share your contact information with select partners for media-related opportunities.
Changes and Cancellations
The festival organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, lineup, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the organizers will make every effort to inform registered media representatives in a timely manner.
